All I can say is work on your tactics, do some simple puzzles, nothing difficult and next look for checks, captures, and threats/attacks. I think the analysis didn't like how you played because you didn't capture a lot of free material.

I decided to play my first rapid chess game today and learned just how terribly I actually played. I had many missed opportunities. Yes, I knew I hung my knight several times, but really because I wanted to get something going on the king. I just want some kind advice what to do next time
