My first OTB tournament

I am doing my first OTB tournament in a few days. Could someone pls give me some tips and words of wisdom because i am nervous.

You need to get used to over the board play. Do you have a set and board? Do you know how to use a check clock? Do you know how to keep score? That is something that improves with practice.

You are rated above 1200 in blitz. You are already a pretty good player. There are many players worse than you. There are also many better players.

Try to enjoy yourself.

How big of a tournament? How many players? Rounds? Does it go more than one day?

I just played my first tournament last weekend. I went in to it wanting to play my best, not really worried about winning since I'm new. What is the time limit? I played slow figuring I'd rather use the time to avoid blunders even if I ended up running out of time. (I didn't)
