25... Kxh8 by the way, but you're on the right track with examining moves such as Qxg4 and Rh7+ (even if they don't always work the way you'd wish them to)

yea, after looking at the game again I wondered why he didn't take that knight, and I can't remember if I had a plan against it.

Black should have start thinking exchanging minor pieces after being a whole Queen ahead such as 16...bxh6, not Bxb2?, should have been an easy win for black. Such a sacrifice of your queen was a very poor exchange. Hope you know that?
