Well, there r 3 ways to solve that problem. 1, stop making blunders. 2, stop reviewing your games. Or 3, when u are reveiweing ur games make sure there r no walls around u. Personally I like option 2 the best.

Nice pin on the queen on move 5, however it was the obvious thing to do...

And looking at your game from the distance, gives some more ideas:
6. ... Qxg5 may have helped to speed up this fireworks... since Qc3 is still pinned and you hold the tempo as well as motive to eventually play Nb4 or Nd4 and fork white king and rook... or press with Qe5 with eventual Qxb2.
