Just in case, if you're playing via mobile phone app, try updating your app if you haven't (i don't know whether it can solve the problem, but hope this helps)

I use the app as well as browser and it's the same for both.

Unless chess.com removes the bug, we can't get the trophies
I know it’s terrible 😢. What if people have enough and stop playing here. I recently came back after years of hiatus.
