My games don't update on "game archive"

I've played couple of games but on my device, I can only see my old Matches.

This means I won't be able to come back and analyse any game

This bug never happened with the former Android version.

Sometimes there is a short delay writing the games to the archive.

this delay has taken more than 30 minutes now. you guys fixed it as my previous games loaded after the complain. but the recently played games still don't show

i use version 4.1.7 by the way... is there a new update I would be aware of?

everything is perfect now. a big shout out to chess.com. how do I get this forum deleted?

You don't need to delete old forum threads. They might help others with the same issue.

how does it fix?? ihave same problem after one day hasn't been updated

There could be various reasons:

• Perhaps you have poor internet connection
• You could have an older device
• You could have an older version of chess.com(in which is a low chance but could be possible)
• You could have an error relating to IT(Information Technology) on the site and if this is the case it would be good to contact a chess.com representative, as though the website is great, it is not perfect as nothing man-made is perfect and needs constant improvment.
• You may need to refresh the page

If this problem continues, first try to see if the problem is on your end, and if it is not, chances are it is not your fault. Of course these are not the only problems/solutions but hopefully this was helpful for you @Mr-SAMBA.
