A strange tactical win...

Recently I finished a game against artemev4. It's full of tactics although I started with a knight sacrifice but then i could recover material and put pressure on him.  Once the position was good enough, it was mate in 10 forced moves at final part.Any advices are welcome, thx.

White looks to be easily winning if, instead of 18. Bd5??, he just plays Nf3 or Qd5.  Pretty much any reasonable move should win easily, except he managed to find Bd5....

You really should not launch sacrificial attacks until you have reasonably complete development.  Here, since your development was not complete (rooks were doing pretty much nothing) your attack went nowhere and black was dead by move 14 (except your opponent gifted you the game with 18. Bd5??).

For white, yes.  All of them :P  I think that White made a mistake with Ndf3, he should've just taken the e-pawn and then played Ngf3, after which Black's position is basically resignable.  But that's okay :P  You got the win, and that's what counts!  Online chess is nice because you can test out bad sacrifices and quickly learn when to sac and when to avoid it.  And this case is a great example.  Even though you won, it took a grotesque blunder by White to make that happen (and you had the better position until Ng4?).

In the position before Ng4?, Black has a fantastic position (huge lead in development, and white has made a ton of weakening moves).  To prove his superiority, black should castle, play a5 and a timely e5, and go after White's loose queenside.  The position does not call for King-hunting!

Well, I can´t offer so much advise regarding the lines, but even though it IS fun playing a lot of tactics (and ecspecially if you win), I think you will develop more and faster by playing more sound chess.  But, it´s your game and style of play, so I do believe you should keep on developing that side of your play.  But it´s perfectly possible to play agressive and filled with tactics and still be within the borders of reasonably sound.
