My online games are being classified as draw "stalemate"

Hi, I have a screenshot of me clearly winning but "stalemate draw" appears and I gain no points. So what am I supposed to do when I removed all their board and they have no pieces

I do believe their King has no legal moves so it's a stalemate

Yeah, when your opponent can't make a single move but also isn't in check, it is a stalemate. Also you could have played rook b8. Hope this helps : )

Yep. When the king isn’t and check but there are no moves your opponent can make when it’s their turn it’s considered a draw. When you are up so much material like you had, I would suggest don’t stop giving checks eventually you will find checkmate
