my rating is really low

I am trying to get to 1400. I have a problem in that my puzzle rating is around 1600 and yet I normally solve most of the puzzles by only seeing one move ahead, rather than by calculating. My USCF rating is 1400 but I am trying to get my chess.com rating up. I have been solving puzzles but because I get the patterns. I don't calculate and I think that is why I am not reaching a higher rating.

Wow most people are the opposite. I would say keep practicing the tactics.
