If FBloggs were to say some last words, he would have totally have said something like that. If I were to have died, I would be totally OK with them saying something like that. It's not funny for someone to die, but it's great if you can laugh about it. If I had a month to live, you bet I would be making jokes about it with my friends!

I guess Fbloggs is MIA. Either he is dead, or he has gotten temporarily bored of chess. That happens to me sometimes, where i take long breaks when i get bored. He alluded to the fact that he is old, because in a much earlier comment he stated that he had served in combat. If he is old, I guess that the former is more likely.

he was off here before the storm,and he was excited about a new feature he was starting at the other thread then next day nothing.When he moved in june he announced he would be off to move ,he wasn't off a whole day.Something sudden ,and unexpected happened.Of course he could have just stopped to see our reaction,I don't think bloggs would do that
