Look in the mirror, slap yourself, and say "snap out of it!"

Basing your sense of self-worth on the results of a game of chess is pretty ridiculous. There will always be thousands of people who will be able to demolish you in a game of chess, so unless you can learn to roll with the losses and just enjoy the game, you'll never be completely happy playing it.

Well if I can take queens, I’ll probably take those in lieu of developing.

True . But it's not the loss that's making me sad , it's the way I threw up this game .... I didn't deserve to lose this at all

everybody makes mistakes =)

you should just move on =)

Carlsen likes to get himself up after a humiliating game by winning a few games against weak opponents...you could try that =)

Looks like that was a setup job, don't feel bad there are hundreds? (maybe myriad) traps in chess that are not obvious. The people that study just traps never really learn much about chess though and you should eclipse them.

gullupakka

the blunder was when you took on e5. not exactly a blunder because you had the opportunity to go Kg8, where you're safe but you decided to go to the wrong square...
