Same here, though often my move varies on what my opponent does.
Good idea. Have you read ''Think like a grandmaster'' by Alexander Kotov? If not i recommend even reading some of it. (some variations are sometimes too in depth imo)

I am pretty fast at deciding my moves. While my opponent decides his move I think of my next move.
