Superking. Try to get control of yourself. Just relax. How old are you? Just wondering from how all your posts go.

No. Lies.

Here's all the players better than the world champion based on what you just said. Your own logic now, so you can't contest it.

Nakamura

Gelfand

Carlsen (I know you hate hearing THAT. But hey, its your own logic)

Mamedyarov

Karjakin

Andriekin (wow! Even him)

Caruana

IM Pfren the comment above is the first time I have ever laughed at any of your comments... Well played. As for Naka being stronger than Magnus, some tournaments people are just on their A-game others not so much. Have you never had a bad tournament before? I know when I was 1500USCF I was toppling 1800s and then some tournaments as a 1700 I lost to a 1500. It is has a lot to do with health, eating habits, exercise, sleep and many other factors not yet known by chessplayers.

I dunno, I'd probably put my money on Carlsen in an arm-wrestling contest, too.

SIGH........ again. Let me try to help. I'm not going to call you anything or try to be rude. But I do realize some are comprehensionally challenged.

Ok. They've played 19 times. Nineteen. (Throat clearing sound) Have a seat, this evidence might be hard for you: Nakamura has NEVER won a game against Carlsen. Never. Let that sink in. Carlsen has a 6-0 (!) lead with 13 draws. I know, I know, its really hard to accept. If I had a hanky or tissue on Meir let you have it. But sometimes its hard to handle these things.

They will play eachother soon. I have a feeling that Magnus is going to crush Naka!

Anyone else like the way he castle in blitz and regular play?

naka may be stronger than Carlsen on a given day.

Nobody is consistently stronger than The Magnus day in, day out.

Just two weeks ago, Naka finished the Thessaloniki Grand Prix with a disappointing -1. Carlsen hasn't finished a tournment with a minus score in two years.

I like Naka. A lot. He is one of my favorite players. But he has a lot of loose ends to tie up, before he can be mentioned in the same breath as Magnus.

I'm not a doctor, but I play one on the internet.

It is clear you have ADHD, and whatever catches your attention last becomes your obsession.  Please seek help, and in the meantime try to avoid shiny objects and squirrels.

Accurate.

Of course Naka is a formidable player... but according to many (including myself) he is not even the strongest US player... Gata plays more interesting, more focused chess overall.

I really felt sorry for Naka the way he was mercilessly slaughtered by Magnus in that recent Sveshnikov game.

I have not seen such one-sided game for a very long time.

The one and only guy who is a worthwhile match for Magnus currently, is Vlad. Noone else.

Possibly Aronian.

And I believe, Caruana, given another 2,3 years. (Not at present.)

IM pfren: any clue why the arbiters never correct his two-hand castling tendency? or is my previus quote correct.

<<The bigger the star, less the rules are in force>>

By the way - two-hand castling is allowed in the USCF blitz rules. In moscow FIDE rules apply right.

Yep and a week before that he was tied for second on points with Magnus in Norway.  He's a human calculator and plays unconventional, attacking chess, which is why he's one of favorites too.  But he needs to be more consistent before he could seriously challenge Carlsen.

Nope. Aronian has zero chances currently. IMO in the future, too- he is a beast, but...

Caruana after 2-3 years? certainly yes. But not now- he is no match for Magnus.

Definitely. I don't know of any current top chess players that look like they're "stronger" than Magnus, in that sense.
