Interesting. Before we think of a name, is this from white or black’s perspective?
That's not a gambit, you that's just a pawn trade. I don't think it's worth naming as white and black made 3 dubious moves in a row. 2.Nc3 e5 is when both player play not very good move and this already have a name Shaviliuk Gambit. e4 exd4 Nxd5 are all bad moves, exd5 is much better than e4, dxe4 is much better than exd4, Qxd4 is much better than Nxd5
