You probably can find coaches at that rate, but they will probably have to be from poor countries.

Chess.com has a tons of coaches for you to play with, so it is not a very big deal

Bud that’s not gonna work, no one is going to coach you for $5/hr, let alone someone with a FIDE rating of 2100. You’d be lucky to find someone higher than 1500 who’d work for that cheap.
