Need help with USCF Tournament Information

Can anyone break this down for me?  I'm a bit confused... also, what is GPP: 30, GPP: 80, etc

Grand Prix points=accumulated over many tournaments for prizes

4SS= 4 round swiss system

30/90 SD/60= 30 moves in 90 minutes then sudden death in 60 minutes

You get those gp points only if you win the tournament, or just for attending?

You have to have a good tournament to get points.

What about these two lines?

Rds.: 1-6, 10-3. Half-pt. bye any one rd., notice before rd. 2. Entries: SACC= rounds take place 1 pm then 6 pm first day, then 10 am and 3 pm the second day/ you can request a half-point bye (unplayed round you get .5 points for) if you notify the td of your wish to do so  before round 2
