Are you playing Nelson on a PHONE, or laptop, desktop?
If you're playing Nelson on a phone, your real Elo is probably no more than 400. Bots perform horribly on phone CPUs. On laptops, they also blunder too much. Bots run on your local machine, and chess engines are very demanding - even more than video games.
If you're playing Nelson on i7 desktop, it should be around 1200 elo, so yes, it's quite difficult for beginner to beat him...

In my case, it's the opposite. It's impossible for him to beat ME. Every time I play him I win.

I beated him with 3 stars and I'm playing for less than a month. i don't think is that hard. there's a lot of bots that i can't defeat, but nelson is ok

Impossible to beat? When i fool around with bots, i skip him. He's TOO EASY. That bot bounces the queen around too much.
Six or 7 moves in your are well developed and hes only moved the queen and a pawn or two

Nelson was hard when I first started but in time you will crush him every game. His opening preparation is non-existent. If you stay solid in your opening principles, you will punish him. He will eventually just go full tilt and gambit his queen or put his king in great danger. 👍🏼
