ignore the grinch-like nay-sayers.  Great game, great advice... something we could all learn from :) nice trap at the end.  A complacent player is one sure to lose.  Or... doing what your opponent expects is the surest way to lose :)

It is the prerogative of a player when to resign.

The only thing that the other player can do is to shove a mate down his throat, otherwise, if he can't enforce it, then, the player will feel vindicated.
