I figured it was a fast time due to 15... Qa5?? 16. a4? Rec8??. Then ratings were too high for someone to miss all of those hanging pawns in a slow time control. For example, 25. h4 instead of 25. Qxe5+ Kf7 26. Be8+ Kxe8 27. Qxe7, which was a simple way to simplify that'd allow white to snatch the rest of black's pawns.
It'd be interesting to compare higher level blitz play to lower level slow games.
