I clicked use "Old Chess.com" at some point, and now I don't know how to get back to New chess.com v3, googled it with no success.

Anyone have a link or tell me where a setting might be?

There is a link at the bottom of most pages.

Or you can use www.chess.com/switch

I have tried the new chess.com v3 and I don not find it user friendly.  It is icon driven and vey compact, which makes exploring and understanding difficult for me.  I would like a system that is more intuitive with no "learning curve."  I would prefer strengthen server performance, chat help, as well as more extensive auditing of the site's ongoing games.

There is a bit of a learning curve but once you get used to things, it isn't bad. I've been using v3 pretty exclusively for the past few months and things go smoothly for the most part.

The only downside is that things sometimes change while they are tweaking the site but even then, it usually is pretty easy to figure out anything that changed.

on the forums, people are constantly refering to the "old" chess-dot-com and the "new" chess-dot-com... and v2 and v3.  i have been a member for a month and i still have no idea what that's all about?   cnat seem to find anything bout it in the help files... i wish i knew Cry

TOO HEAVY FOR OLDER SYSTEMS. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE OLD VERSION.

I don't know about for matches or vote chess but for day-to-day management I like it.

It will be removed at some point. They will not support two different code bases. That said, they will continue optimizing and making it better and even now it runs fine on a mobile browser.
