new openings

Kamikaze-players might try to do something like that, but as a rule it does not work well and is punished quickly.
has anyone categorized openings based on what they achieve and other stuff? and then looked at performance
Also, i was wondering if the computer algorithms give too much significance on center control.
There could be other things to maximize:
1. checkmating king(ultimate goal) blitz kingside from move 1
2. attack 1 piece (queen) from move 1
3. any suggestions?
Are there any current openings that:
1. directly attack the kingside for a checkmate on the king from move 1 with major pieces or pawns and dont try and gain the center
2. specifically attack a certain piece like the queen and dont try and gain the center
