New player just beat Computer on Hard

I'm new to Chess, I just played the computer on hard and to my suprise I won. I was just wondering what the degree of difficulty it is to win against the computer on this site at that level? I think I just got lucky, I haven't played in years and don't really know any type of chess strategies but I like playing, just looking for feedback. thanks

You haven't played chess in years but you certainly still remember a lot. I guess you were a strong player in the past.

thanks for the feeback, I only played occasionally for fun. If it looked like I had some type of plan of action it was just luck. I did get beat several times in a row and the computer never made any mistakes that I was able to pickup so I couldnt believe it when I put him in checkmate this time. lol.

 Nice ending. If you haven't play fr years and still can come up with moves like that I think you give chess more time.

 I didn't look close enough at this game just quickly clicked through all moves. 19. ...g5 was shockingly bad.

ha yeah that's what I was figured but just wanted to see what skilled players thought, I really didn't know if by some stroke of luck I played really good or if the computer just played poorly...thanks for the feedback.
