The app does not have custom time controls as of right now (at least for iOS). Only the website has custom time controls.
Edit: They do have custom time controls, but no ultrabullet or games over 60 minutes

Yeah, actually iOS does have custom time controls. The one thing is that it doesn't allow games under a minute or over an 60 minutes, but it does have a custom function.
