Full point | nil point adjudication only, no partials( e.g. the norm, half | half).

Instead of stalemate equaling draw, the side that stalemates the enemy King loses.

Instead of 3fold-repetition resulting in draw, the side first to create thrice-duplicated position loses.

Instead of 50move-rule resulting in a draw, perhaps the last side to move a pawn or capture a piece wins (even if that player also plays final move). This may incite armageddon/sudden-death- like aggression though, so perhaps the opposite, and perhaps reduce to 20 turns to make easier verification.

Instead of insufficient mating material resulting in draw, it be a loss for the side with remaining time.

Instead of insufficient material by either side to checkmate enemy's king, the side to capture last man thus creating such parameters loses instead of forcing draw.

Instead of offering a draw, resignation.
