yeah, i hate those cowards that as soon as they are in a lost position they resign like chickens.
Real men play until checkmate, even if you have only the lone king vs 7 or 8 queens.
I think it saves you time and is polite to resign. You rarely see a GM game going all the way to checkmate.

There are two options I see. Blocking or backrub from Uncle Andy.
block me while you are at it, i resign usually when both me and my opponent know i am completely lost. This makes me a coward

Just where on the bravery/cowardice continuum does the act of blocking someone fall? I'm inclined to think it's on the side of cowardice.

Giving a rematch or not is completely my decision and non of your concern. This isn't a world championship and there is no money or title at stake so if I don't give you a rematch you have no right to abuse chat and notes. The one that will be getting blocked is you. I always play 2 games only and then find another opponent.
What in the hell is wrong with people around here? They disconnect,abuse chat,abuse notes,make you wait intentionally,sometimes call you bad names even before they lose when the game is still in the opening. More often than not it feels like I'm dealing with crying babies that don't know anything about anything even up to 1800 rating. You would think people are more "civilised" at this point in history but no, they scream "NO MERCY FOR COWARDS WHO DON'T REMATCH".
