I just played a game with my Dad and the results were like this:

This is called Stalemate, and it is a draw. Neither player wins. Stalemate is when the side to move cannot do anything.

That is also a draw, it just isnt called stalemate.

its another draw situation. another one is when the same position is repeated 3 times in the game.

And by the way, its 'Havent moved a pawn for fifty turns AND no captures have been made in the last 50 turns.

I do not like this kind of stalemate (probably because it causes me to blow too many wins Yell)

You have it listed as white to move, so there is no stalemate
