no response to report cheating

Cheating reports do not result in immediate action. You have done what you should do. However, it is very unlikely there will be any immediate action.
I don't know how long it takes but all cheating reports are reviewed by the Fair Play team.
Well what estimated waiting time. What is the motivation to buy premium. Its very clear. If they want more premium user, hire more support person, to better response. Then they need to block up to cheating person. They don't think maybe is not only ordinary people? Maybe is the competition
When I saw the stream people in YouTube and some body make cheating, the action is in the MOMENT or the next day!!!
Of course they can Whit one game!!! Take 10- 15 mins very Whit some chess engine the game, check the levels of the other games. Check the critical moment of the game and very with the chess engine. Pleas!!! Chess.com pay for these people, make your job
I'm a professional, electronic engineer, and that is not a professional response. They can have a program with five different chess engine to confirm what's goin on. They need to have some idea from chess to saw some suspicious if a guy with 1100 of Elo win one game to other 1500. Then these guys losses game with guys 900-1200 elo

Chess.com has a hundred-million people. it makes absolute sense that it would take a little longer for the cheater to be banned, or whatever happens. like other people on here said, they have to make sure someone accused of cheating is an actual cheater. in my opinion, they do extremely well with catching cheaters and banning them considering how many people are on this site.

The site checks all reports. If you see action not taken then
- The report hasn't been reviewed
- The checks were inconclusive
- The checks had no signs of violation
You won't receive any communication in any case
