Are you using Internet Explorer? I've had problems with the sound in IE. Though in Firefox and Chrome it's fine.

Even though in my settings I have the sound set for on and my volume is turned up, sometimes when I play certain people there's no sound on my or their move. This doesn't happen all the time though (maybe 1 in 10 games). I don't know if it's lag or what but I find this somewhat annoying. Can someone please let me know what's causing this. HELP!!
