Noob Questions- Is their any good beginner videos out their?

I need some guidance on what I should be playing/watching to improve and get better, as I blunder and miss things almost every game, but I need help with general defensive positions and offensive mid-game, So what are some good sources?

At your level, just keep playing (slower time controls) until your board vision gets better. Solving simple puzzles is useful too. If you want to watch, search for Josh Waitzkins old Chessmaster videos on YT and watch the first few of them.
