even me I guessed every person correct that Magnus would be first and hikaru would be second and pragg will be third so I should get 12 months of chess membership if I'm right but still it
shows its gonna end on June 24 2024 instead of 2025

There's more to it than that and a lot of members likely had the same guesses. Last I knew they we're still going through the results of the predictions and if they haven't completed by now they likely will soon and contact those that won.

I mean you're not wrong but hear me out Norway chess ended on June 7 but now its like June 14
so my question is that why is it taking so long for the chess.com staffs to just give us the membership its like 100 or 200 people who have participated in this and they got enough time to even verify the submissions
was it legit or not
so the best we can do rn is to wait and hope for the best

I'm a bit confused. About a day before the start of Norway Chess this year (maybe it was two days before or the day of, I don't remember), there was that big banner at the top of Chesscom's homepage. It was saying to submit your predictions of Norway chess, and if you're right, you might get certain prizes like a diamond membership or something. Norway Chess being over, I wonder if I am misremembering or simply misunderstood in the first place how the prediction stuff worked. Just wondering if anyone has any information on this. I know it's kind of a vague question but bear with me.
