NOT a draw by repetition

I have seen streamers do it many times. I was low on time with a rook and king so I premoved the rook around the king so I can flag my opponent but it was claimed as draw by repetition but only the opponent repeated. I did not alternate moves.

You had the same position occur on the board 3 times. That’s a draw by repetition. It doesn’t have to be from moving the piece to the same two squares, it’s achieving the same position on the board with the same players turn 3 times during the game. Please review here.

The board position repeated after moves 80, 88, and 96....draw by repetition.

Yes I blundered because it was more like a careless match I am not proud of but just wanted to know more about draw by repetition.
