Not cheating, but?????

The slowest one seems to be played by the same guy - it is stuck at black's second move!

We don't know why he takes vacation time. That may be the only time he gets to log in for a short time if he has issues his end or limited internet access.

I will mail him and find out whats happening his end, but we cannot end his games in your favor if he feels he has a valid reason for using his vacation time.

Well, that seems to be the end of my appeal.  I guess you can use vacation time any way you like despite what the rules say. 

I had a guy that kept using the 24 hr. allowance when he had only a King and I had a King and a Rook. I contacted chess.com and the guy that was with chess.com got the stinking Lameo to resign.

I have hit the same problem as well.

Also, I failed to mention that if a player goes on "Vacation" and comes back off of his vacation in two minutes it still racks up 24 hours of extra time on all his games except the "No Vacation Tournaments". 

{Edit} One further point on my rant, these Slugs go back on after the two minutes of vacation and play the games they are winning. What slimes.

Maybe I'll just wait until he runs out of vacation and I'm a couple of moves from mating him and then go on vacation.

give him a trophy - that lets everyone know he is a troll! The "fishy" one might be a good start.
