not something I want to see

This was the feedback from one of my moves.

"(-Mat02) BLUNDER - Sad! You were winning and now you are facing an unavoidable checkmate."

JDA1958

Only one thing worse than a bad loser,  a loser who's a bad winner. Just take comfort that he couldn't beat you by his own prowess.

Oh. My opponent is a great player. This was the computer analysis feedback. I'm trying to review my games and get better by reviewing my moves.

Thanks for the comment.

You don't know HOW right you are! Bad winners are the worst kind.

Yes, really funny JDA1958 didn't realise it was a program speaking!

JDA1958

Pretty 'crap' program, if it relies on you losing the game.

Are you drunk?

Ad_Hominem wasn't playing the program, but using it to analyse!

Peace !

JDA1958

Would like to be.

JDA - thanks for the intention behind the comments. I was venting about my ability to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.

Fear not, I've used the computer to analyze my games and have gotten some pretty snide comments. How's this for a few:

"Strolling merrily down the path to disaster" and

"White has lost his nerve. Understandable when you consider the position"

There are many others that unfortunately escape me at the moment. I've had a few as well where I went from a winning position to a losing one, fatal errors by me. All I can try to do is learn from them!
