If the rook on ‘a’ file is moved to d4 then it will be written as rad4 like wise if the rook on the ‘h’ file is moved to d4 then it will be written as rhd4

In this position, white can move one of his two rooks to d4, which would be notated as Rd4. But lets say you wrote the move down in your notepad and gave it to your coach or plugged this in an engine. How would they know which rook moved to d4? Is there like some kind of special notation for this case?
