Now that Osama's dead, are chess tournaments safer?
maybe not safer.. but for sure easier.... I heard that guy was working on his 3rd GM norm.. we got him just in time
I had no idea that age directly effected knowledge of world events Roflez. Thank you so much for teaching us all the valuable lesson not to ever speak around those older than us. I will take this lesson and live a better life for having learned it.

I truly wish that stupid ppl like you would be buried alive. What are you, 17 or so, right? Do you even know who that man was? Do you know anything at all about the world? I sincerely doubt it. Stop asking stupid, pointless questions, grow up and most of all, try to fill your empty head with a brain, it would feel good, believe me.
While a bit tactless, Roflez has the right intention. The man was just a figure for the American people to rally against and anybody that actually feels his death will bring about a change in their personal life is self-deceived. And to answer the original question: it's inconsequential.
I don't understand the absurd rejoicing that is taking place. Al-Queda will simply gain a new leader.

I seriously doubt that the OP was serious. It would be better just to ignore a silly/ignorant question like his.

This is what I think when I read most "yay Osama is dead" comments.

It was a symbolic victory but there wasn't much real value in killing Bin Laden. In fact chess tournaments may be more at risk since he can now be considered a martyr.
wow, not many people have a sense of humor here *cough* roflez *cough*
This was hilarious man, srsly. Your topic makes huge sense. Please, do flood the other forums as well with your questions.
man u r bumming me out here. the chess community knows that you are one of the most educated and informed individuals on this website, so please quit wasting your time on such a trivial post. Go mourn Osama's death (or should i call him the man who shall not be named?)
