This table is based on the FIDE players list. There are some strange entries in the table, like there is a male WIM and two male WCMs and a female WH ( non existing title ). Also there are more untitled players then are untitled males and females combined. Nevertheless I made no effort to correct the inconsistencies, this is the result when you process the FIDE players list, and this was my only source compiling this table.

Note that this table is based on the 'title' field of the FIDE records only. Women can have a women title separate from their title ( this appears as 'w_title' in the FIDE list, and this field was ignored ).

I always thought that a WGM title unofficially is worth a FM, but this table confirms that to a very high accuracy.
