lol i am the "cheater". yes i crushed him twice and he was talking trash the entire time. what a terrible person to play with. no i dont cheat. i dont spend time on the daily tactics although i many times just do them and play random moves lol. anyway, this guy is the worst sport ive played with on chess.com

Yes, you should report "obvious cheaters". Sadly, everyone faces them at some point - but luckily with experience, one gets better at identifying cheaters. If the "doodoo" was from the game nighteyes1234 posted, then I can agree with nighteyes1234 that this does not look like a cheating game.
Tactics and Lessons ratings can be even more unreliable than game ones for a number of reasons. First of all, players play greatly varied amounts of "tactics" or "lessons". Maybe their " true" tactics rating should be around 1000 but it is only 300 because they only attempted a small number of tactics. Secondly, many players like to reset their tactics ratings every now and then, but are less likely to reset ratings for games.
I did not check nighteyes1234 position with an engine, but 7.Bxb7 for example looks closer to a Houdini move than O-O. This was my glance instinct, but perhaps an even better move is present - regardless, a computer might not of castled there, but a beginning chess player taught to castle early and develop might play this O-O move.

The tactics rating has no connection to the way a person play. Chess is just a game. Anybody can win. If he is a cheater it can be detected by chess.com (bot) and he will be given warning. If he will cheat again, his account will be deleted. That happened to me. That's why I have a new account.

I did it once and the guy was kicked out because he was actually using an engine. He even came back later in the forums and, with his real account, said “_____ and _____ are my engine accounts!”
