Making a move automatically declines the draw. One of you will have to offer another draw before it can be drawn by agreement.

I rarely offer a draw but, I just did. I am down by 1 with a roughly even position. He has a passed pawn but I think I can draw anyway. Can someone offer a draw and it be taken later, after a couple of moves?
