OK, this one is new to me...but then I'm a beginner

I was playing an analysis game and the computer showed me a move that lost me completely, it was listed as O-O. The rook at H1 went to E1 and the Queen automatically hopped over it to F1 in a single move.  I've watched a lot of games and never seen this....please explain.
