Naming people like that is against the forum rules. As is discussing cheating.
If your opponent was cheating, they'd probably have less need of extra time to do so, not more. They're playing 48 games right now on short time controls. They've probably bitten off more than they can chew, and are relying on automatic vacation to get through it.
