Sorry to say but white escapes with Nxf3. The queen will then be defended by Nf3 and the h2 pawn will be defended as well. The king escapes to g2 and there is no mate.

22. Nxf3 Qxf3 23. Kg1 Rxh2 24. Rxh2 Nxh2 25. Qxh2 Re2 wins white queen or king.
