I have been here for 9 years and I feel the same way all the time. I agree we do have the best Chess Site on the web also due to the work and caring that Erik and his staff has done to keep this just a Chess Site. So many big companies feel they need to sensor and with heavy hand control on the site. Erik had the foresight to keep Chess.com just to Chess and to do our very best to make all members feel at home. Sometimes we have to take actions but we try not to. Also we do our best to not engage in censorship as long as there is not some issue that could be harmful to the members or the site Cheers

I think he is happy to be a part of Chess.com and has been here a year which is a good goal.
Hi everyone! I'm so glad to say that it's been an amazing time on chess.com for the past one year. I've made so many new friends (they're as good as family), played some mind-blowing games and rapidly improved my chess performance. I have some super-amazing followers (1500 of them) and very friendly titled players who help, support and add a tinge of colour to my life.
