I have at least 30-50

Show me a GOOD loser and I'll show you a loser.

And, on a totally unrealted note; I play less than 6 games at a time.

A good loser is a person who accepts his loss (ex.: he dosen't say that his opponent cheated )

I play 2 games at once max...........

Right now, I'm trying to keep it in the 15 to 25 games range.

How do you have time to improve trying to manage so many games?

Two are really twice as many as I can comfortably manage.  I'll get bored and kick it up to 5 or 6 games now and again, but then I start to run out of room for chess sets in the apartment.  What? You don't set up all your games with real sets?

1...if im lucky.  Online chess bores me to tears.

I did play a guy once that had over 1600 games going at once.  That just took all of the fun out of the game.

When I first started I used a chessboard. But, eveen with the few games I played it was annoying to keep setting up and resetting. Plus I had problems keeping track of my ideas for different candidatate moves. So I switcheed to using software to keep my games.

I have been thinking of using bothbecause I would like to compete OTB and am a little concerned about the 2D vs. 3D issue.

For the Op, I usuallly play 3 to 5 games at once. If I get an itch to play more, I go play 30/0 or 5/0 games.

Of course I use a chess set to play correspondence games. When I'm not able to set all the current positions without logging on, I think I'm playing too many games (I don't need to mention that's precisely the case just now).
