Online ELO vs. real ELO

Anybody has a clue of what the correspondence would be between one's online ELO (taking for granted one doesn't ever cheat by no means) and the real one, based on tournament performance?

There is no doubt your online opponents migth be using some little machine help, say just to avoid mistakes, not always to take the best moves -or they'd get caught.

In case you really never ever use machines, that should give you more real ELO than you have from online chess sites?

By how much?
