Online rating doesn't work???

I'm playing some 24 hours per move games, I won already 7-8 games, but my rating doesn't change. Notice the 2 pictures I'm posting. In the first picture it is clearly stated I should gain 150 points. In the second picture, I won the game, but I didn't gain 150 points, why??

the pictures says the games are unrated, play rated games if you want your ratings affected by the outcome of the games you play

Let me focus your attention on the first picture, where it says that the game is rated, a win is +150, a loss -166 and a draw -8. The "unrated" near my name is relative to the fact that these are the first games I play "online." Not that the game is "unrated" otherwise it wouldn't explain the "rated" and the foreseen rating changes depending on the result.

I got a friend who doesn't work.

I highlighted the rating changes for those who have difficulties to read:

When I go to your profile it says you got 9 wins, 0 draws, 0 loss in Online Chess and a rating of 1415.

Now it started to work, and I'm 1415, maybe it was a glitch in the system.

The rating displayed in a correspondence game is your rating when the game began. Since all of your games started when you were unrated, that was displayed. Hope that makes sense!

Edit: Martin_Stahl has it correct below, actually!

Since no one else noticed .... your games didn't have enough moves so they didn't get rated.
