Online tournament with Prizes

Hello guys , I am planning to host tournament(s) on Chess.com with Bitcoin/Paypal Prizes . Does chess.com allow to host that kind of tournaments ? I would ask your help for Ideas and How we can make it happen on any chess site .

Uff, imagine how many threads about cheating will be created. 

What if we only allow established members with a lot of games or only premium members or selected members . Or we can add entry fee like 1-2 $ and the prizes will be 15-20$ for 1st  8$ 2nd

I will invest 20$ in prize Fund and everyone is welcome to add 1 or 2 $ to prize fund to make it bigger and we host regular tournaments . Just imagine , how much the prize fund will be if a lot of people just add 1$ to the Fund .

We should work towards making this happen as soon as possible .

I think the chess.com will not allow such tournaments because everyone will try to cheat for getting the prize money.you can host tournaments in which the prizes are not big and the time control is less like 5 min blitz or bullet.in longer time control it is easy to cheat.
