oot reply with cheat discussion = ban?

There is some annoying post made by an annoying chess.com user that he accused someone who doesn't play a rematch is a coward. My question is, will I get a ban for purposefully replying with oot reply filled with things that violate TOS, such as cheating discussions on it to bring attention to mod to close the annoying post?
