opponent put status on vacation when allowed time to move is completed

i am playing a game with person with user id MARConnew. 14 days is allowed time limit to make a move. i am now in very good position and after completion of 14 days allowed time limit he put status as on vacation and not making move for last 4 days which is past allowed time limit. i want to know how many days a player can put the game on vacation without moving. what if he does not want to make move coz he is losing

But if you look on the information tab of the game, you will see that your opponent has 7 weeks of vacation available. Players also get additional days through the month, so it could potentially be longer than that.
That said, as pointed out in your other topic, your opponent is premium and automatically was placed on vacation when the game, or some other game, got low on time, causing all games taht were not part of a no-vacation tourney to be pauses, where they were on the move. The account hasn't been logged on for 5 days so it is very likely something came up.
You just have to wait until they eventually move or run out of vacation.
