Opponent with at least few games

When I play v random new opponents, a lot of times I get new players with zero games at ratings of 1000/1200. Is there a way I can ask the opponent to have a minimum number of games to avoid this?
Why do you want to avoid this ? Be glad they are 1000-1200, so you can improve your play against higher rated opponents.
