Lol, where was my country again? Yes, obviously great chess schools here..
Opponents from which country are the toughest to face on chess.com?

Indians are not neccessarily hard... I don't think anyone is hard, it all depends on the game a person has and who the opponent is more than the nationality.
Usually I don't even pay attention to the nationality, if anything I pay more attention to the rating, but most of all you need to pay attention to the strength and accuracy of the moves played rather than the rating.
I don't particularly find any race hard... all countries have their fair share of elite or good players so it is not just limited to 1 or a small few.
Logically true.... but i think the style of play in certain nationalities depends on a few other factors as well such as chess culture, top players (role models), chess school systems, etc.

True, different races for the most part will have different strategies according to their races in honesty as it would mostlikely be hard to avoid in the same culture.
Although I have no evidence to prove this since I am in my country and not in other ones, it would probably make sense for this to be the case.

I would love to play a top notch player from any Country. The education alone would be priceless. But I don't have a certain Country that I favor over another. It's all individually based. But some Countries have chess more ingrained in their culture. So the tend to have better fundamentals

For some reason, I'm always pitted against Indians and filipinos. And, most of the time I win against them. I suppose Russians are the hardests for me so far if we are speaking generally.

I like Lativia also
no particular country is better than others, rating matters.
but some nations have more aggressive stance in general, like Brazilians and Spanish players are hot headed, and tend to make more mistakes. You can easy piss them off by keep checking or pushing pawns too forward.
And I don't like Indians, they are the only reason I disabled my chat permanently.

I lived many bad experiences with them. They stay silent for a while and whenever you make a mistake and they get some advantage they start talking. In annoying ways.
And also when they see they are losing they disable chat immediately. (even though I don't say a word) I think they expect a similar behaviour as they do mostly.
It must be about their culture or something. I just dont have time for this.
Sorry if that offended you.

USA and Russians are generally the easiest. For me, playing with other Argentinians is the most difficult.

I am extremely sorry for your bad experiences. There are some people like that. And there are also very good people. We must not generalize a country of around 130 crores of people. Bad people and good people are there in each and every country. There are bad people in your country too. There are good people also.
Stay safe and healthy wherever you are!
Have nice days ahead!
